Lucky customers

Recently, the consulting company Intellecta conducted TM Software’s yearly customer satisfaction survey among customers of TM Software in Iceland. The survey was send to all customers of TM Software with the aim to measure customers’ satisfaction and to analyse how the service can be improved even better.

We were very pleased with the participation and would like to thank our customers for their answers. Two participators were randomly selected and received a prize. The lucky ones were Anna Birna Jensdóttir, Executive Nursing Director of the Soltun Nursing Home, and Friðný Björg Sigurðardóttir, service manager at the retirement home Öldrunarheimili Akureyrar. The prizes were certificates for a dinner at the Argentina steakhouse in Reykjavik and gourmet baskets for the winners and their co-workers.
