TM Software signs a contract with the municipality Seltjarnarnes

The municipality Seltjarnarnes and TM Software have signed a contract on infrastructure management and the operation of the town‘s computer systems, finance and user services. The contract includes all daily operation of the computers where TM Software’s technicians will handle maintenance and operation of the town’s computers with onside service as well as 24/7 service of TM Software’s Customer Centre. After tendering of the town earlier this year TM Software was awarded the contract.
This includes voluminous operation of all computer systems of the town which have undergone severe changes over the past years. TM Software has handled all operation of the town’s computer systems and the operation of large compensation steps for renewal and improvement of the computer environment such as renewal of network servers and internet systems along with changes to the computer systems.
A contract on the financing service was also signed which is a framework agreement on IT procurement and finance of user’s equipment for the town of Seltjarnarnes. Thereby, IT procurement of user’s equipment can be coordinated, payments distributed evenly and oversight is gained of the renewal of computer hardware and software.
