This summer, a yearly customer satisfaction survey was conducted among customers of TM Software in Iceland. The survey was conducted in cooperation with the business consulting company, ParX , which handled the process and analysing.
The survey was send to all customers of TM Software with the aim to measure our customers’ satisfaction and to analyse how we can improve our services. We were very pleased with the participation and would like to thank our customers for their answers. Two participators were randomly selected and received a Canon Ixus 860 digital camera valued at around 500 US dollars. The lucky ones were Sigurlaug Sigurjónsdóttir, Office Manager at the Health Care Institute in Salahverfi and Leifur Magnússon, IT Manager at the Pension Fund for State Employees.
