Processes and procedures
TM Software has, since its inception, placed special emphasis on developing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures within our organisation. We define “efficient” to mean “visible”, “applicable” procedures which are known and used by our workforce and management. We also make our quality processes measurable, so that we can constantly review them and improve them.
We protect our stakeholders’ interests with accreditations such as ISO 27001, by implementing the continuous quality procedures of Balanced Scorecard, by defining and following Financial guidelines and Employee guidelines, by assuring strong quality systems (e.g., internal handbook and ITIL), etc. Project Management plays a big role in delivering service and products on time, therefore we use the PRINCE2 methodology which is becoming recognised as an industry standard. We also invest heavily in our people through continuing education and internal Knowledge Management.
On an annual basis, TM Software conducts internal and external surveys to examine and improve its management best practices, both for customers and for employees. The company’s board and top management annually review the feedback received and establish policies to address any internal or external aspects that allow us to improve our processes and procedures. Likewise, we periodically update and communicate the employee’s handbook to reflect these policy improvements.
TM Software regularly reviews its working environment to make sure that it is safe and of the highest health and safety standards for its employees and visitors. The workplace receives controls by ergonomics professionals to ensure that our workstations and furniture are of the highest quality and protect our staff’s health. Likewise, we regularly simulate emergency tests (i.e., fire and health and safety drills) to effectively train against such dramatic events occurring within the workplace.
