TM Software is mostly engaged in the direct business model. By having a direct relationship with our clients, we are better positioned to add value by offering our industry knowledge both through our mission critical products and the rest of our ICT services.

We also strongly believe in a direct relationship as the primary way to learn from our customers and channel our experience gained into future product development. It is by continuous development of our core products that we sustain our competitive advantage and our value proposition towards customers. We invest heavily in our product development, our core brands and our intellectual capital.
